RETURNS POLICY

Important Notice

All return requests must first be submitted through our official Return Request Form.

Please do not send any goods back to Sinerji Yuksek LLC without prior written approval and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


1. BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS (B2B) SALES

As the majority of our transactions are business-to-business (B2B), the following conditions apply:

1.1 General Policy

Sinerji Yuksek LLC is under no obligation to accept returned goods or issue credit except in the circumstances outlined below.


1.2 Returns Accepted Only in the Following Cases

Returns may be approved where:

(a) Goods Damaged in Transit

  • Goods must be clearly signed as “Damaged” upon delivery.

  • Damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Photographic evidence must be provided.

  • Approved claims will result in replacement of the damaged item.

(b) Confirmed Quality Complaint

  • A detailed written report must be submitted.

  • Supporting evidence (photos, batch numbers, usage details) must be provided.

  • The claim must be reviewed and approved by the manufacturer where applicable.

  • If confirmed defective, goods may be repaired, replaced, or credited under warranty terms.

(c) Incorrect Goods Supplied

Where, in our reasonable opinion, the goods delivered do not match the agreed product description at the time of order.


1.3 Non-Defective Goods / Change of Mind

Goods that are no longer required after delivery cannot be returned for credit unless:

  • Prior written approval is obtained from Sinerji Yuksek LLC;

  • Our suppliers also approve the return (where applicable).

If approved:

  • Notification must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Goods must be:

    • Unused

    • In original unopened packaging

    • In re-saleable, as-new condition

  • A restocking fee may apply.

  • Return transport costs are the Buyer’s responsibility.


1.4 Return Costs

Unless goods are proven defective, all return shipping and handling costs are the Buyer’s responsibility.


1.5 Credits & Refunds

Where a credit is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on inspection and supplier confirmation.


2. BUSINESS-TO-CONSUMER (B2C) SALES (If Applicable)

Where goods are sold to individual consumers (non-business customers), the following applies:

2.1 Cancellation Period

Consumers may request cancellation within 7 calendar days from the day after receiving the goods.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Goods must not have been used.

  • Packaging may be opened for inspection only.

  • Items showing signs of use will not be accepted.

  • Goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Approved refunds will include standard delivery charges and will be processed within a reasonable period following inspection.


2.2 Faulty Goods (Consumer Sales)

If an item is reported as faulty within 7 days:

  • The customer must return the item for inspection.

  • If confirmed faulty, return costs will be reimbursed.

  • If not found faulty, return shipping costs may be charged.

For large items, collection may be arranged. If no fault is found, carriage charges will apply.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are strictly non-returnable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable:

  • Perishable goods

  • Products with expiry dates

  • Chemicals and hazardous materials

  • Hygiene and medical products

  • Respiratory protection products once opened

  • Material-based items subject to degradation

  • Custom-made or bespoke products

  • Special-order or non-stock items

  • Bulk purchase orders (as determined at time of sale)

  • Goods opened, used, tampered with, or not in original condition

  • Items where outer packaging is not in pristine resaleable condition

  • Products where our suppliers refuse return


4. Right to Refuse Returns

Sinerji Yuksek LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that:

  • Does not comply with this policy;

  • Is returned without prior written authorization;

  • Does not meet resale condition standards.
